a national leadership speaker, author,
Generation Y expert/coach, and media
commentator who specializes in developing
future leaders of Generation Y, helping
seasoned leaders become more effective
in developing and working with emerging
leaders of Generation Y, and serving
as a positive voice and advocate for
Generation Y in the media on various
social and political issues.
So far, Joshua has traveled to 37 different
states in order to reach 1.5 million
people with his powerful message on

As a media commentator, Generation Y
expert/coach, and positive voice and
advocate for Generation Y, Joshua has
hosted and produced his own political
and social talk show that is geared
towards emerging leaders of this younger
generation for the past few years. This
dynamic and unique show for young adults
was so powerful that MTV decided to
cover it during the 2008 Presidential
Elections. In addition to hosting and
producing a political and social talk
show, Joshua has also served as a guest
commentator on the KTLA Morning Show
for the Inauguration of President Obama,
has appeared as a guest expert on KPIX
5 in San Francisco, KABC 10 in Sacramento,
and other radio and television talk
shows across the country to talk about
issues concerning Generation Y and Leadership.
Shortly after obtaining his Master of
Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership,
Joshua also published A Call to Action;
14 Highly Effective Leadership Principles
for Leaders of Millenials. This
book is aimed at helping seasoned and
experienced leaders become more successful
and effective at leading and developing
future leaders of Generation Y.
